Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (select locations)
Delivery time may vary due to location, product availability, weather, or courier delays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹150 (based on location and weight)
Express Shipping: ₹200 flat (select locations)
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1,000
Final charges are shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
You will receive an order confirmation email.
After shipping, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Tracking Your Order
Use the tracking number provided to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If unsuccessful, the order may be returned. Re-delivery can be arranged and may include extra charges.

We will inform you and assist until delivery is completed.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
